Description:
 At the tender age of twenty-two, Chester County Native Galusha Pennypacker (1842- 1916) was the youngest general to serve in the Civil War. This memorial portrays the valiant spirit of Pennypacker by depicting him clad in classic costume and striding forward atop a gun carriage flanked by two tigers.
