Description:
Originally located at the United States Post Office building at 9th and Chestnut streets, the artwork was given to the City of Philadelphia with the demolition of the post office in 1937. In 1938, the artwork was relocated to West Fairmount Park, north of the Mann Center. The artwork depicts 3 allegorical figures: Law (standing central female figure), Prosperity (seated female) and Power (seated male figure.)
