Description:
At the base of the City Hall Tower, located above the clock level, are 8 bronze sculptural groups by Alexander Milne Calder.  The sculptures represent Native Americans, Swedish Settlers, and eagles. The tallest figures are 24 feet in height, while the wingspan of each of the four eagles measures 14 feet across.   The sculptures are anchored to the tower at approximately 405 feet above ground.
